To Be Continued...

I'm completely baffled. I want to back up my Father Teds but series 3 has 8 episodes so I'm having to back up to 2 discs. My problem is that 1 of the episodes is "..to be continued". How do I put them back to back on the same disc? I use Clone DVD but it lists the 2 episodes as 2 and 5. When I rip them to the hard drive, how do I know which is which in order to make sure they play next to each other? Thanks.
