cause i wanna burn a movie on my cdr but it's too big, so i gotta spit it...

You need to extract the mpeg file from the bin and split that. Mount the bin as a virtual drive using daemon tools and extract the mpeg. If this is a vcd then it will be a dat file use vcd gear to convert the dat file to mpeg. Just out of interest how big is the bin, and have you tried to burn it.

I have 2 BIN files...one of them is 760MB another is 522MB
and I havent try burning it yet cause I dont think my cdr can fit 760MB

If its a vcd you should have a AVSEQ01.dat file inside a folder called mpegav. Use vcd gear to convert this dat file to an mpeg file.
Follow the first bit of this guide for how to use vcd gear to extract the mpeg.
