I want to make a compilation dvd with several
live clips but i fon't know if there's a "easy" way
of fading in and out of the music.

you would export the audio from your source and use an audio editing program to do the fade.
personally, I would take the footage, put it in Vegas and do the audio and video fades at the same time, then bring those video clips into my authoring software.- housepig

Studio 8 has a easy way of doing this, but which way you look at it,
you will loose some quality, because you always have to re-encode the
lot, i guess....Thanks,
