I'm in desperate need of help. I bought my daughter a Sony Digital8 for Christmas. I was under the impression that we could purchase a recordable dvd player and make our own DVDs. I cannot seem to find any information or direction on this subject and if its actually possible. Of course, I don't want to invest a few hundred dollars in a recordable dvd player if its not going to work. FYI - we do not have a computer.
Can someone tell me if its possible?
Nancy

I just plug my Sony into my Panasonic e30 dvd recorder using its s-video input & it makes dvds automatically. You'd probaby have to get a E50 to above these days.
