    When I come back to the forum and click on threads I've looked at earlier in the day they're showing exactly as they were a few hours ago.
    It's only when I hit refresh do I see all the new posts.
    Can someone help me change something in my settings?
    I'm running IE6.

    Sounds like you need to empty your internet cache and temporary files more often.
