What's a standard mpeg file?
"There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge, and I knew we'd get into that rotten stuff pretty soon." -- Raoul Duke -
Hey, Look Iīm sorry I didnīt know you went to the videoshop and bought yourself a movie and then at home copied it.
Look serious now, a file put through Tmpg as mpeg.
I tried it in Svcd and I managed to save it away. I did it in the CBR Rate, but I need to know what kind of difference it would take if I made a 2-pass or even a CQ.
I apollogise, please advise________________________________________
