Hey,
I got in on the latest OM deal for this drive. It's a bagged Khypermedia and the drive is made by Cyberdrive model DX082D. I noted in my Nero tool that the drive doesn't support C2 Level Error checking. How critical is this to have?
Comments please? Thanks!

I don't think it is a big deal, it is used by programs like Kprobe and UM Doctor to test the burn quality of a disc after you burn it. I think only Lite-on (and some other mediatek chipset drives lite BTC) and Optorite support this. I could be wrong about this though, but I think that it is only for CD's and DVD's use PI/PO error correction.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
