    Yes, just burn as as data. But you wont be able to play it on most standalone dvd players.

    You will have to convert the video to MPEG2. You will have to convert the Audio to something other than MP3 (AC3 for NTSC land or MP2 for PAL land). Then you will have to 'Author' the resulting files into DVD video. Menus can be simple or complex, depending on your skillset. You may want to set chapter points so you can jump forward/backwards in logical steps.

    Then of course you can burn it with Nero.
