I have a VOB that plays jerky like a 3fps video, the audio is fine. It's like the video is jerky but keeps in sync with the audio.

Upon extracting the video stream from the VOB, playback becomes extremely fast. If I mux the 2 together the video is still fast but the audio plays normal.

Would this be caused by improper extraction from the DVD to begin with or what? I did NOT do the extraction from the DVD. And, is there a way to fix it OR does it have to be extracted from the DVD again?
