First of all, i have already searched and fount a lot about it. And i´ve read the most. But i still have a question about it.

So, I´m asking all this to help a friend. He doesn´t have Internet right now, that´s why I asking it. (for him)

He tried to backup "Jason vs. Freddy", and everything was fine until he was gonna burn it. He uses Nero v6.3.
I forgot to ask him what app he used (but i guess DVD Shrink or Instant Copy), but i know he used DVD Decrypter for the ripping part.

The issue is that he gets the error message "Files Reallocation Failed" when he tries to burn it in Nero. Well, he did burn it anyway (on a DVD-RW) and he said the it played great in his standalone.

So i believe that the problem is that he somehow removed the fullscreen movie, and just kept the widescreen, audio & menus). (he can only choose WS in the menu)

But he did never edit the ifo-file with ifoedit, can that be the problem?

Ahh....the classic "I'm just going to rip everything except the other version" technique.

I'm not surprised that he got it as the IFOs were in need of correcting for sectors due to missing files.

He had a better chance using IfoEdit as it could have probably fixed it by the way of the "Get VTS Sectors" button. Read here for details.

If he were to do it properly the first time around, he should've used a guide like this.
