Any opinions on BTC burners? I picked up two 8x Pacific Digitals at Office Max for $79.99 each. They were substitutions for rebate items that were out of stock. Best part was that Office Max honored the net price so there are no rebates involved. Plus there was no "only one per customer rebate issues".
I burned a cheap Khypermedia DVD-R that burned at 4x with no verification problems under Nero. But I am not familiar with BTC.
Once again any opinions or experiences with the brand BTC?

Have a look at this forum: http://forum.cdfreaks.com/forumdisplay.php?forumid=84
You might want to take that thing back and see if you can exchange it for one of the boxes that come with the Lite-on drive because BTC is horrible at producing a good firmware. There media compatability is the worst in the business.
