Hi
Having been bought a Lite-On LDW-811s for Christmas, I decided to try it out by backing-up one of our DVD movies.
Using DVD Decrypter, Pinnacle InstantCopy and the free DVD RW that came with writer.
Following one of the guides from this site I managed to produce a “movie only” and a “full disc” backup which both played on my standalone player with excellent quality.
When I tried doing the same, using a Philips DVD+R X4 it stopped after the introduction, restarted when I re-pressed play, but would only play up to scene 24 of the 33 scenes. None of the extra/bonus tracks would play either.
Is this down to the media I used, or were the first 2 attempts down to beginners luck?
Cheers ....... Dave

I have had very good luck with my LDW-811S. And that with the cheap, free Hypermedia DVD-R's that I got with it.
DVD Decrypter>DVD Shrink>Nero 5.5
