How can I set a ratings lock on my newly created DVD-R?

is there a file that I just add to my files before I burn?

I looked at a few Original dvd's that I have already and I can't find any file that stands out,

I just want to use the lock that most of my dvd's have already, the one that asks to unlock the dvd player..
