    I have the canopus procoder and the output ALWAYS comes out upside down and reversed. (AVI to SVCD)

    Any ideas?

    Looks like one of your codecs is wreaking havoc with your video. You may want go to your Device manager and disable your video codecs one by one until the problem corrects itself. Remember you only have to encode a sample of your sample, so it may cut done on your troubleshooting time.
