Cant get Scarface on 1 disc

here is meathod I know...

DVD Shrink
IMG Tool
Dvd Decrypter

i also have DVDFab which works well to put it on 2 discs, but id like to stop doing the 2 disc method....

when in dvdshrink, i did reauthor and even compressed it all the way to level 9 and still wouldnt fit....

so what do I do?

What to do next depends upon how close you are to fitting it on one (1)disc. If you are fairly close, you can try cutting out the credits that will save a few MBs. You can also try eliminating unneeded or unwanted audio tracks that will save a bit more.
You could even recode and drop the bit rate some, this will have the biggest size impact but also an according quality drop. Dropping from 8000 to 7000 will most likely not be noticeable but dropping to 4000 will be noticable.
If you still cannot get to the one (1) disc size, then you might just have to accept the fact that you can't get there from here and live with two (2) discs.

What I used the same method to backup Scarface and I didn't have any problems. The movie looks and sounds great. 8)

DVD2ONE allows for higher compression than DVD Shrink and may solve your problem. If Scarface is on two disks DVD2ONE's join function works better than DVD Shrink.
