Hi
I need to setup a laptop that some of our staff can use for presentations to clients. We tend to make DVDs for the big presentations but have found that if anything is going to fail it will be the disc and always at the wrong time.
I have successfully copied the contents of the DVDs to the laptop and can use the "Play From Folder" feature of WinDVD to play the files. However, this means that each user needs to know how to point WinDVD to the correct directory for the right DVD etc. Now I know that sounds easy but we are dealing with marketing people here.
What I want to do is setup some desktop icons that will fire up WinDVD and play the correct DVD. I looked in the WinDVD help but couldn't find anything related to a command line argument to tell it where to find the files to play. Perhaps I am out of luck and will indeed need to teach all of them how to do it manually??????
Any ideas?
