  1. I have a DVD i want to backup and its in 4:3 format , i want to make it 16:9 i like it like that... how can i do that?

  2. If you are talking about using the program "DVD2DVDR" you can change the aspect ratio from the "MPEG ENCODER" tab. That will encode it at whatever aspect ratio you choose. You can also use pulldown if the movie doesn't need encoding. Just enable stream processing within'
    DVD DECRYPTER OR SMARTRIPPER and run the .m2v file through pulldown with the aspect ratio changed to what you want.

    I have no clue why you'd want to do that...as your 4:3 movies aren't going to be true 16:9/Widescreen. But if you like it..then those are a couple of your options to accomplish what you want.
