    Hey guys, is it possible to improve the quality or resolution of video that has already been captured? using software?

    As for resolution -- nope. May be you can re-encode in an higher resolution, yet, it will give no improvement in quality.
    As for quality -- depends, noise can be reduced by noise filter, parts of the scene can be cropped.
