    Hello
    Can I use DVDPacher to change the vertical size from 480 to 576 lines?
    I've got some SVCD in 480x480 and want to convert them to DVD PAL 720x576/352x576...

    Just changing the res won't make them PAL. The framerate will still be 29.97fps for NTSC, and the horizontal res will need changing also. You can change the framerate in DVDpatcher too, but they would then just play slow.

    Better to re-encode I think. Frameserve from dvd2avi to Tmpgenc and use 1/2D1 with a 2500Max bitrate.

    ok - the next step was to figure out how to change the framarate. Think I'll have to look at Tmpgenc, once again......
