    Is there any capturing program available that can emulate Flex Record (from a Panasonic standalone DVD Recorder)?

    Is it even possible?

    It's a mode on Panasonic DVD Recorders that adjust the bitrate automatically according to the amount of disc space left on the DVD-R. It's very useful if you make DVDs that go over 2 hours long.
