Sonic MyDVD (slide movie)

I just made some slideshow using Sonic MyDVD software and my Sanyo standalone DVD player DOES NOT PLAY it! Message error "No Play" Is it not compatible? What tweak or software to enhance this capability so it will play on my Sanyo? I'm using DVD-R medias (playback on backup movies fine). I tried the disc with other standalone and it fine Mintek, JVC, PC ok..just not on the Sanyo.

Any ideas?
