    Since I connected this device I've been unable to use the Mic Input on the on-board Realtek AC97 audio on my system.

    Anybody else come across this?

    Don't have your device but sounds similar to ADS IDVD-1 which caps vid via usb and sound via sound card. Thier setup required you to go into sound properties and selet souce (they used line in) then mute something to prevent feedback. Had to reset to use normally
