Is it possible to apply a new theme to an existing set of menus?


In other words, ... a project is all set with the exception of the background of choice.

- change the background, ... but now all of the selections are skew
- so ... I modify the parameters on the selections and it looks good on the particular page.
- so ... I save as a NEW theme ... call it "ThemeGOOD"
- and I've used the option of applying background image to all pages
- how to I simply get all my modified parameters to take on the settings of the theme "ThemeGood"?

but, you might try reposting on TDA's own website forum if no further input here... there's a cuppla pretty good gurus that hang out over there..

You should be able to change any part of the theme by just going to edit theme button and importing any part of the new theme to each page by choosing next page,i made a theme for my dad and changed it with a totally different background and set of chapters with hardly any extra settings,Can you specify exactly what you are having problems with?

For instance, ... I have a saved project, ... it contains a main menu, 2 tracks. Track one has one chapter. Track two contains 5 chapters.

I want the theme that is tied to the main menu to be propagated throughout the tracks and chapters.


If I cycle through my pages, ... only the main menu appears the way I want it to, ... when my track or chapter pages are the active page, and I cycle through the SAVED themes (including my new one) on the upper left side of the screen, ... it never applies itself to my active page?

I hope I'm missing something really simple and straight-forward.

Hmmmn. I wonder if my version of DA, 1.5.15.49, is outdate and does not include some sort of import functionality as you speak of?

You have to click on the chapters in edit mode and replace them i believe.
