    i was wonderin ppl how good is a human eye in distinguishin frames
    i mean let's say i have a video that's 30FPS and there's a black spot in 1 frame will my eye see it while playin
    what if the same video is 60FPS and the spot is in 1 frame only as well will my eye see it in this case ,i mean what's the limit?
