Reinstall Help

I got the reg version last week and so far very happy with it so i thought i would try and create a menu for my dvds but when i did this my computer just froze several times so i decided to download the latest version 1.5.2003.3. now when i try to start the program it takes me to a registation page to enter my registration number which i have done but nothing is happening could someone please help out as i'm now totally lost

Did you follow the instrutions? Leave the registration window open untill you receive an email and past in the number?
