I placed a PAL DVD in a Philco PH9100 player thinking that it could output it as NTSC but it didn’t, and now all the DVD’s play as if they are PAL, that is they look black and white with the picture rolling. It looks like the player reset itself as PAL and now I can’t figure out how to make it NTSC again
