Unable to start burner program.

Hi all, I'm having problem with Nero. This is what happens. When I try to start Nero, I get this message-
InCD currently accesses one or more recorders. Please eject these CDs then restart Nero.
Any help would be appreciated.

try uninstalling incd (one of nero 6's crap updates) it helps. if that doesnt work, uninstall nero all together and dont update from 6 version. also if u using xp, make sure the atapi thingy is disabled so that xp not "using" the drive while u try to burn. im vague because u mite have already done it, if u have not disabled anything then ask for furthur instructions. (pertaining to windows xp only)

Thanks 4 reply, I've uninstalled and re-install Nero 6 but to no avail. How do you disable that atapi thing. I haven't done anything with the InCd. I actually haven't updated Nero, apart from a mpeg 2 plugin.
