  1. Hello, can anyone please help me?
I have purchased the software from x-oom called divx2dvd.I have installed it and it installed ok.When i run the program i get a box on screen saying "failed to load burn engine"i click ok and the program starts. The thing is is that when i go to my computer my dvd burner and dvd-rom have disappeared.I look in system hardware and they have yello dots on them saying"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"I have to uninstall the driver for both dvd drives and reinstall them.Everything is ok then until i run divx2dvd again. What do i need to do,do i need a new updated driver or somthing??
    Thanks in advance,Ryan.

Did you call tech support for the software? Never heard of it myself, since you can do the same thing with TMPGEnc(cheap and free trial) and VDUB(free).

Do you have ASPI drivers loaded? Does it even work with your operating system?
