can anybod help me plz,
im trying to convert a 23fps .avi(divx) to a DVD NTSC (MPEG-2 29.97fps in TMPGenc.
first i try with the avi as the sound and video source, and end up with no sound.
then i try ripping the sound into a .wav and use that as the sound source, and end up with sound out of sync .
any help would be good.thanx.
