I've got a number of XSVCD files (Dead Like Me mpgs, in case anyone else Bittorrented them as well) and I'd like to get them onto DVDs but the darn files just won't play nice. I've tried a number of techniques to get them into a format that Adobe Encore will accept but no dice. The only player I've ever been able to even play these files in has been PowerDVD.

So if anyone can set me in the right direction I'd be very greatful.

As of now I've tried:
- Straight up import into Encore (claims wrong resolution)
- AVISynth to move to 720x480 (can't read the files)
- (S)VCD2DVDMPG (makes some horrible file that crashed Encore and PowerDVD)
- TMPGEnc (unexplained crash during demux)
