newegg.com, once you've done your research at motherboards.org. They have the bad-ass boards like the Soyo Dragons and the Asus P4s.

I will agree with indolikaa, I have yet to find a better computer parts supplier than newegg.com. I have always had great buying service, return service, etc. from them. I am currently running a Dragon Platinum AMD board and love it! It isn't the fastest in its class, but it is the most stable board that I have run yet.

also try some cheap motherboards i'm using a gigabyte ga7vt600 1394 this month very cheap less than 80 bucks australian has everything u want on it and very stable and has very low noise ratio so when your capturing noise is not generated from power supplies
