  1. I saw how to hide 321 Studio Disclaimer, is there any other way to do this?
Is it possible to replace it with my own menu or simular intro?

This was posted by someone else a wh ile back. It doesn't actually get rid of the warning- it just keeps it from ever playing. It only requires Infoedit:

    1) Open IFOEDIT

    2) Open movie's VIDEO_TS.IFO

    3) Expand VMGM_PAT line in top half of screen and click on 'First Play PGC (may be VMGM_MAT)

    4) Scroll down till you find "1. Pre command" in bottom half of screen

    5) Highlight command (something like: "JumpSS_VMGM 1"), right click, edit and change to "Jump_TT 1"

    7) Click SAVE icon to save the video_ts file (and click 'yes' to also save a bup)

    8) Preview in IFOEDIT (or Power DVD) to confirm new jump is correct
