Hi!
I tried to make a 16:9 movie in Adobe premiere 6.5, I think I set all settings for 16:9 format, but when I watched the movie on 4:3 TV, I didn`t see the two black borders at the top and in the bottom, I just had the whole screen movie?!
Shouldn`t I see two black borders, thank you!

Is the subject tall and stretched? When you load the video in PowerDVD/WINDVD does it say 4:3 or 16:9? You need to check the DAR flag and see if it's 4:3 or 16:9.
