    Is there a program or something i could do to find out what region a dvd is?? Also if its pal or ntsc

    DVD Decrypter will show this info.

    My DVD Decrypter did not show NTSC or PAL only region, as well as DVDinfo. IfoEdit will show you what colour scheme it is and what region/regions.

    Check under Stream Processing, its shows whether NTSC or PAL also shows aspect ratio, audio streams and subtitles.
