Sometimes, they show up in your temp directory, with crypticname.mov filenames. Sometimes, they aren't cached at all, or not in an accessible manner. I'd give you the full path to the cache location, but I'm on a Win2K machine at work I'll find it later on tonight...
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."

    Try looking in /tmp/501/TemporaryItems/

  4. Ambrosia Software is working on an applicataion to do this. Their free WireTap can do this for audio (OSX), saving the incoming source as an AIFF file. I'm not sure when the "movie" version will be available, but it will likely be a commercial (not free) product.

The newest version of Snapz Pro is what he is talking about, it hasn't been released yet, but it is definitely not the way to record streaming video as Snapz can only encode in crappy quality at ~12fps.

  6. No, I wasn't refering to SnapzPro. It's a different, as yet unnamed product, that is being discussed on their forums. I don;t know what rate it will capture at, but it was implied, by the developer, that it would be "video quality."
