I know that EurekaMovies owner reads this forum, so i want to share some problems with him. Last night i order two videoCDs from his site, but i got a hurry on morning, and i had to cancel. What is my surprise when the next time i enter on the site the Eureka Dollars drop from 500 to 20 (Those 500 were earned by reviews and not by the purchase, because at that time i had not receive yet the eurekaDollars from the purchase).
My other questions are related with consumer service. I made two enquiries, that get these numbers

The first one was posted at July 3 (A response to a representative) and the second at June 14 (An hasn't been reponded). My real question is, how much will cost the shipping to Colombia (We don't have postal codes).

Hello, jugernaut. Yes, Dennet actually answered both your e-mails. Your Eureka Dollars were incorrectly reduced for the cancelled order. Sorry about that. However, I have personally corrected this problem. Also, I have changed how the 'cancelled order' works. You can be assured that your Eureka Dollars will not be deducted if they were not added for the order in the first place. There was a bug in our script that did that but that has been sorted now.
