    When I try the 1,1,1,1 thing, I have no opportunity to enter '0' before the on screen display tells me it's "Regin (sic) 1" and goes off the screen. Does anyone have any ideas if this is serial number specific or has anyone encountered this problem?

    Press 1 1 1 1 slowly, then "select region" should show up. Then press 0.
