Pls help! Trouble ripping,backing up Spirited Away DVD

Somone pls help..I've been trying to copy spirited away using clonedvd with anydvd active...error I get is: "Scheduler 0 E:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_013/VOB:23: read error TCSectorReader TCE". I've also tried using DVD Decrypter but still have gotten no where. I've been doing the same process for others and no problems at all until this dvd. Any help please would be greatly appreciated. sounds like the DVD is defective, I've had DVDs that played fine on my DVD player but I just couldn't rip the disc onto my hardrive.

I had trouble at first trying to back up my copy of Spirited Away, using DVD-Decrypter then DVD Shrink.

If you noticed when you play the movie in the original DVD, an intro pops up first telling you you are "in for a treat" etc.

When I included the intro in the decryption and in DVD Shrink, the DVD backed-up, burned and plays fine. Without the intro, the back-up failed everytime.

You just have to put up with the short intro when you play the back-up.
