  1. Hi All,

Does anyone know of any issues regarding the playback of DVD -/+ R discs on any Toshiba set-top players. I have backed-up several discs, removed regions, added regions back in etc, and just get "Disc Error" every time. A couple of family members have Tosh players (different models) and my back-ups have the same problem.

All players play the original disc.

    Thanks In Advance

I've got the SD2700 model. I've been using good quality dvd-r (ritek) and burned at 1x and haven't seen any problems yet. I do know that toshibas tend to be picky about the speed the media is written at, perhaps you should lower it.

  4. Thanks for your help.

    lordsmurf:

When you say properly authored, is it different from a normal back-up using DVDShrink and then Nero to burn?

    Thanks In Advance
