I had TMPGEnc 12i working no problem but the trial period for encoding MPEG-2 expired so I installed the only available version now which is 2.0
Everytime I load an AVI file now it crashes. I've tried deleting all the files and reinstalling several times with no success. I've also tried going back to 12i and it does the same thing now.
I'm using Windows 2000 SP2
Any ideas?

You can still get the old versions. Just not from the tmpgenc site. I beleive there is a link somewhere on this site.
