That honestly has to be one of the lamest things I have watched in a long time. I was expecting to maybe chuckle a little or at least give you a curtiousy laugh but I coulnd't even get myself to do that.

Bubb Rubb was not funny, nor was his girl. If anything the police should view that tape, and arrest him for speeding, reckless driving, running a stop sign, and being just down right stupid.

That clip was not funny one bit.

Those aren't hubcaps but they are actually rims themselves. They are called spinners and basically they have a rim inside that continues to spin when you have stopped. Very expensive but pretty lame.

I believe Latrell Sprewell (NBA player for the Minnesota T-Wolves) was one of the first people to come out with those. His company Sprewell Racing has had those things for years and years. Didn't really take off until alot of the rappers and athletes started to buy them.
