Setting Home Page in IE Please read

Ok, a while ago, I set my home on my WIN XP Home Internet Explorer 6.028 and I was happy. Now I want to change it. Im not an idiot, so please dont reply with the standard setting of the home page

No matter what I do, right click, internet options tab, saving current, default, clicking on a popup that asks me if I want to save as home page,anything........ ! It always loads that old home page.

I know there some file somewhere that stores this information.

Please enlighten me on how to change this freaking home page!!!!!
