    Yes, it's the Nokia Multimedia Converter 2, that seems to handle almost every kind of input format and spits out a nice 3GP. It's available (at least was) for free from the Nokia developer site (free registration required).
    You could also search for nMMConverter_2_0_b2.zip on the web...
