DVDShrink Question

I need to reauthor a dvd with dvdshrink. I only want to take out one video track (it's linked to the main movie, so I have to do it with DVDShrink). I want to keep everything else intact. Can I just dump all of the menus and stuff into the DVDShrink re-authoring menu, all in the same tree? The original dvd files have everything seperated (ie. Menus, Movie, Extras, etc). Do I have to make these folders on my new reauthored dvd? If so, how do I do it, cause I can't find a "New Folder" anywhere.

Unfornately if you reauthor you can't keep the menu. Inorder to do that you would hav to use a program like clonedvd.
