  1. I am trying to find out if the "Deep Analyzing" in DVDShrink really makes much of a difference. Does anyone feel that it does?

"Deep Analysis" option makes a huge difference. The application always crashes when I try to use the option. I just figure that the application is still in beta and that is what I get for trying to use a beta product.

I guess I can wait for an RC or 1.1 version of dvdshrink; until then there is always dvd2one...

The proceeding was an opinion. Standard disclaimers apply. Despite what is written, the writer makes no claim to advocacy of illegal actions. Any allusion of advocacy of illegal actions is a subjective illusion of the reader.

  3. Hmm, several people (myself included) are apply to use the deep analysis feature without any problems. My first thought would be that prehaps you are trying to have DVD Shrink rip the DVD or read from the DVD. I would recommend ripping with DVD Decrypter (either in file or ISO mode), then using that as the source for DVD Shrink.
