Ive been looking for a capture card and Ive been stumped for a while. I would like something that has Hardware MPEG-2 encoding. With a price around $100. Anyhow what does everyone recommend and does anyone have any samples?
Thanks

Best you can do for under $100 is hardware assist via ATI AIW card, can normally find 7000, 7200, 7500, VE and others for under $100 on eBay and few other discounts places online... but you'll have to look real good.
