    I need the audio codec "divx (same as wma) (0x0161) DivX Networks"
    Where can i find it?

    look to the left,under tools then codecs and there u have it. and a hole lot more

    That might be the audio codec for the old version of DivX (3.1?) with which the newer codecs are not backwards compatible.

    As deadbeet said - you'll find the new and old codecs in the tools section.
