I got a bit of a problem here.
I ripped a .m2v from a DVD...now i opened my file into TMPGENC...clicked all setting to convert to PAL...
When I convert only 15xxx frames are processed, instead of the 18xxx in total...so the movie is incomplete.
In the source range...frames go from 0 to 18xxx.
But when I click start...I see frame: 0/15xxx processing...
Can't TMPGenc handle direct m2v files very well?
Or just for NTSC-NTSC conversion?
