before 3 days my liteon start to rip on 2 speed.
before rip on much higher speed 6-8.
please help me

before 0 day, try pio mode not set yes?
before 3 day, do yes set DMA, ultra!

It is still and always on UDMA.
Problem is somewhere else!!!

check the hardware manager and make sure its on Ultra DMA. XP likes to change it on you. I check it before every rip. If you haven't done so Install ForceASPI. between those two speed problems are usually cleared up.
