Can someone tell me where the compresson/expansion guide is?

Hi!

I have been trying to eliminate syncing problems in one of my clips, and have not been able to do so using the guide 'how to fix gradual loss of sync once and for all.' I have carried out the instructions of the guide (which is excellent), but sadly it did not produce satisfactory results.

It mentions in the above guide an expansion/compression guide by Phat J, but I have been unable to find this guide despite running a search on the site.

Does someone know where this guide is? I would appreciate it if you could give me the link. Failing that, could someone tell me how to use expansion/compression on WAV audio in SoundForge please?
